recent custom training and documentation solutions include:

confidential: re-purposed
several traditional instructor led courses into web-based training modules. the projects
included reorganizing the information, designing the web navigation and format standards,
developing practice exercises and tests (when required), evaluating participant and
content expert feedback resulting in revisions, creating animation, video and sound media
to enhance the content.

motorola, inc.: deliverables for this highly successful collaborative project included a reference manual with techniques for employee escalation resolution and counseling, a management overview piece, and a large group facilitator guide with activities. participants learned a process for escalation resolution over a two–day training period.

|
internal revenue service: designed and created a comprehensive competency–based curriculum manual for computer specialists. some 300–plus terminal behavior objectives were identified for the position, grouped by competencies, and linked to supporting training, references, videos and other resources.

semitech:
designed and created an automated iso 9000/2000 checklist form. the form will be used by
the semiconductor industry to conduct self audits on the site to help ensure compliance
with iso standards. the form utilizes common office software so it is flexible
enough to be customized by the industry users.

moline and associates: designed and created an automated process for compiling multiple documents with hundreds of unique bits of information into a comprehensive report shorting the compilation time from 40 hours to 6. |
